Over the years of running internal workshops and culture change projects this is the most overlooked aspect of an organisation. In my experience every company can improve the way it communicates internally. In turn this is how you develop a unique company culture and shared values, otherwise they are just empty adjectives. I run various workshops focused on improving communications within your organisation, whether that’s with your comms teams, senior leaders or middle managers.
